Once again Trump will be impeached in a system that is incapable of rendering an impartial verdict. We believe that if each senator could cast their verdict secretly without revealing the names or political affiliation. It would be possible to have an unbiased trial. Our government needs to fix this problem.
What is incredible to us? Is how the Democrats have only charge one count on Trump in each impeachment trial; when he is guilty of so much more? In the four years that he has been president; a job that he has proven not to be qualified for, He took an oath to protect the American people yet, The United States has had more total virus-related deaths than any other country in the world. The blame for the enormous loss of American life, many experts say, lies in a failure of leadership by President Trump, whose administration politicized the use of masks and left states to implement a patchwork of inconsistent measures that did not bring the virus under control. For the last four years, the Trump administration threw science into the sewers, treating it like an inconvenience at best and a shameful pursuit at worst. More than 400,000 Americans died of Covid-19 during Donald Trump's time in office. We may never know how many lives could have been saved had the former president not shown an allergic reaction to reality -- not only on the pandemic, but on another death-dealing existential crisis: climate change.
If you happen to be a Republican senator we urge you to get a backbone and purge Trump out of your political party and the best way to do that is convict him in the impeachment trial and keep him from holding a future government position. If you are an ordinary citizen that votes Republican you might want to reconsider how you vote if Trump is the best the Republican Party can put forward in the next election. His handling of the virus should be an indication of how bad he is for the American people. In one year under the Trump’s administration we have lost more people than in four years of World War II.

Then there’s a multimillion dollar estate fraud from a relative of his. We would also like to see him explain in court how and why; he profited from our tax dollars by charging the Secret Service that was assigned to protect him, while he visited his various properties in the United States and abroad. He has also benefited financially from various government officials that stayed at his resorts, but his total disregard for human life and denying the American people the knowledge of experts that could have prevented or lessened the amount of death and serious illness 1,048,186 deaths and counting is so unconscionable! His continual disregard of proven preventative measures to prevent the spread of the virus is outrageous and shows his inability to do his job as president; to protect the American public. His actions or non-actions of the Coronavirus World Pandemic are not the only reasons we believe he should be charged with Crimes against Humanity; separating children from their family’s at the southern border that has left 666 children without their parents; in his so-called zero tolerance policy. Or his letting North Korea stockpile and test nuclear weapons could someday bring to the world, death and destruction that have not been witnessed in the history of human civilizations thus far. His enabling North Korea to become a nuclear power might be considered Treason since our military will have to someday face this adversary. His total disregard for climate change and his war with science; that will be a destructive force to the environment of planet Earth might be his greatest crime; he has reversed or eliminated over 100 environmental protections that were put in place by previous administrations. We believe he has a history of not taking responsibility for his wrongful actions and will avoid trying to defend himself in a court of law. We recommend his passport should be withdrawn immediately because he is a flight risk; he has threaten to leave the country if he loses the election, so Air Force One should be grounded as a precaution against his escape from justice. He should be handed over to the International Criminal Court in The Hague to face charges of Crimes against Humanity… Well, that scenario is not going to happen because the United States does not belong or even endorse the rest of the world view of an international court of law. The only recourse we have to bring Donald John Trump to justice is if he were to be impeached again, and we know how the first one ended; because of political pressure or intimidation by the Republican majority held in the Senate. We see this problem as fixable if our government can change one aspect of the impeachment process; that would be to let each Senators vote be anonymous; A secret ballot or Private balloting would allow people to vote anonymously without worrying about retaliation from others, including those in power. So no one could be singled out as disloyal to their party no matter if they were Republicans or Democrats this is a bipartisan solution. This change should make the impeachment proses politically impartial; and decided solely on the facts; not on a senator fearing about losing their job. We have noticed one more flaw with our government that needs to be fixed, Presidential Pardons. The president should not be able to pardon themselves for any crime they have allegedly committed. And also not be able to pardon a family member, friend or acquaintance. These changes will require an Amendment to the Constitution. Please contact your Representative and encourage them to make these changes for a better government.
Others in his administration should share some responsibility for their wrongdoing for example Dr. Scott Atlas should lose his medical license at the very least; in his role as advisor to the president; for giving misinformation about the Coronavirus World Pandemic to the public. The Vice President Michael Richard Pence for not utilizing the 25th Amendment Article 4, of the Constitution which allows for removal of a president who is deemed incapacitated by any kind of illness—including mental illness. We believe mental illness is the only defense Donald Trump could use at his trial; he is either nuts or evil; either way he should not be reelected for the presidency of the United States of America.

To keep Trump out of our government in the future is the objective; it might be achieved by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which would disqualify him from running for president or holding any government position. Of course we would hope he will be busy serving time in prison by then. One can only hope.
